What are our payment methods?

Currently we accept payments exclusively through PayPal, our payment processor to ensure we can accept payment from all over the world. You can use most credit cards or your debit card to make a payment through Paypal. You are not required to have an existing PayPal account to pay through PayPal, and there is no charge for using it. Kindly note: Your billing statement at Paypal will show the charge as Fine Jewels Etc. When you use a credit card at Paypal, your credit card charge will appear as Paypal * Fine Jewels Etc on your statement.

How much do we charge for shipping?

Our current policy is to provide FREE shipping for all items for destinations within the United States.

For destinations outside the United States (International shipments) shipping charges vary based on actual shipping weight, service type (Priority, Express or First Class) and insurance charges. Once your order is received, we will bill you separately for shipping charges after getting your preference by email. If you would like us to provide an estimated shipping charge before you place your order, you can use the `Contact us` link on the main page to email us with the item numbers you are planning to purchase and we will provide you the options and charges. We will only use a shipping option which provides a tracking number. For total item value upto $2500 we prefer to use United States Postal Service or UPS otherwise.

What do International Buyers need to know before purchase?
International Buyers, kindly note: We cannot be responsible for items held in customs of foreign countries. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. All items are shipped with tracking information for both your and our protection. We normally ship out packages within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
